Do my pets need to be vaccinated?
Yes — it is a requirement that all pets are fully vaccinated, and a record of vaccination must be provided.
Please note that the kennel cough vaccine must be administered at least 14 days prior to arrival.
My pet is on medication, what should I do?
Medication will be given for no extra charge — please label all packaging clearly with your pet's details.
Out of hours medication will be charged at £2.50 per evening.
What about toys and bedding?
Toys and bedding are provided by us, but familiar toys and bedding from home provide comfort and help your pet feel settled.
Are all diets catered for?
Yes, food is included for both dogs and cats during their stay.
That said, we encourage you to bring the food your dog is used to at home, to help avoid any tummy upsets from a sudden change in diet. It's the same for cats — food is provided, but we recommend bringing your own if your cat has a preference.
If your pet is fed a prescription diet, this must be provided.
My dog has never been to a kennels, will he settle?
We appreciate it can feel a little daunting leaving your pet for the first time, so we offer taster days.
Leave your pet with us from 9.30am (drop-off) to 4.30pm (collection), at a charge of £10.00.
How do I book a stay?

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that this is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can I view the kennels and cattery before booking?
Yes, we welcome viewings, but these are by appointment only — please call ahead so we can show you round at a suitable time.
Is there parking on site?
Yes — there's free parking right outside the door at Springbank Farm, just off Hyde Road (A57) in Gorton.
What are your opening hours for drop-off and collection?
We're open Monday to Saturday, 9:30am – 1pm and 2pm – 5:30pm, and Sundays and bank holidays 10am – 1pm.
